A: If your current hosting provider can no longer match the requirements of your site, or if you undergo constant downtime, or if you are forced to wait for hours for the customer support staff to respond back to you, it might be a good idea to swap your hosting provider, i.e. to migrate all the files for your sites along with your databases from your current provider to your new provider. At Integrated Solutions, we are aware that this can be difficult and time–consuming. For this reason, we’ll accomplish all that for you at no cost!Our highly qualified technical team reps will transfer your website content from your current hosting provider to us. Our techs have lots of experience migrating websites and are able to handle anything – from a conventional WordPress–driven blog or Joomla^™ CMS–based website, to a very complex, custom–made web application.

A: There are plenty of factors to take into account – the overall number of files, the physical size of the database, the complexity of the site itself and the present workload of our website migration experts, etc. Even so, we do our very best to accomplish all web site migrations in a 48–hour period. Smaller–sized web sites are transferred faster – typically in under 24 hours.

A: Yes. We’ll require the name of the web site that you want us to move. We’ll also require a way to log in to your old hosting account so that we can get the content associated with your site.

A: In order for us to start the migration of your account, you must already have an account with us. Opening an account with us will require that you to share essentially the same info you have provided to your old web host. We’ve also got a very rigorous Privacy Policy, which specifies how private information is dealt with.

A: Your website will continue to work exactly like it did before with your former web hosting provider. When we have completed the migration, your web site will be configured to work on our system and we will ask you to preview it. If everything is functioning properly, all you will have to do is edit the name server records pertaining to your domain. Your website will be transferred over to us with no downtime whatsoever.

A: While we move your content, your hosting provider will not be aware of the transfer at all. We won’t contact them in any way.

A: We can migrate your site from any web hosting provider or any Linux–powered web hosting platform provided that we can obtain access to the Control Panel and there’s FTP access available.The only websites that we cannot migrate are the ones based on closed–source software applications such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
